Legal basis of the treatment
The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the San Marino Data Protection Authority in the execution of its public interest tasks or in any case connected to the exercise of its public powers, including the task of promoting awareness and to promote public understanding of the risks, rules, guarantees and rights in relation to the processing and, furthermore, to promote the awareness of the data controllers and data processors regarding the obligations imposed on them by the Regulation (art.57 , par. 1, lett. b) and d), of Law 171/2018).

Data processed and purpose of the treatment
Navigation data – Access to this site and navigation within it occurs through the use of a web browser. Some data necessary for browsing the internet, by their very nature, could allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties. In particular, it is intended to refer to the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to this site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, etc.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used for any liability in the event of computer crimes associated with this site.
Data provided voluntarily by the user – The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary for replies, as well as any other personal data contained in the message.
These data are processed to respond to messages sent and to process any related requests. Failure to provide personal data for communications with the Authority or for sending any requests prevents their escape. The data are kept for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
Cookies – Cookies are not used for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods used. This site uses only session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) and are strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary for allow safe and efficient exploration of the site. I c.d. session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques that are potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of user navigation and do not allow the acquisition of the user’s personal identification data.

Rights of the interested parties
Data subjects may exercise the rights provided for in articles 15 and following of Law 171/2018 and precisely the right to obtain from the San Marino Data Protection Authority, in the cases provided, access to their personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatment that concerns them or to oppose the treatment.

Right to complain
Interested parties who believe that the processing of their personal data carried out through this site is in violation of Law 171/2018, pursuant to art. 66, they can lodge a complaint with the San Marino DPA for the protection of personal data or apply to the judicial authority pursuant to art. 70 of the mentioned law.
